      Friday lunch can sometimes be nice

      Cons

      No cohesion between executive board and staff. BOD duo husband and wife have no Health Plan knowledge and have no motivational skills to offer. Placing blame on staff for their deficiencies is demoralizing and leads to chaos and an en efficient work place

      Pros

      Nice location and some nice people.

      Cons

      Shady practices, backstabbing co-workers, racial discrimination is rampant. Company is failing but Board only wants to blame the employees but they make the decisions. The place is run by incompetent management who are there because of their race or they are family.
