      Great workforce with a good work ethic which needs to be acknowledged by the senior managers.

      Do not trust a word the management say and be very careful taking a career move into this company. You have been warned!

      Drastic Measures Required

      Pros

      Up until 5 years ago a verygood place to work at. Work hard/Play hard ethos.

      Cons

      The CEO is an absolute bully to all his immediate subordinates and is only worried about repayment to Investors. No care for people, only for repaying the investors at all costs. Therefore it is the staff that suffer, the industry is hard enough as it is, pushing undue pressure down through the management structure to the Staff will eventually backfire, as can be currently seen by the consistent revolving door of Senior Positions.
