Pros

Health insurance is okay, experience is decent

Cons

Caseloads of 70+ clients with absolutely awful pay for clinicians considering the current job market. Supervisors are constantly micromanaging. There is ZERO time in between clients, which contributes to rapid burnout daily. I’ve had 12 clients back to back in one 8 hr day with no breaks in between, (lots of 30 min sessions) There is a high turnover rate with employees, burnout is insane, clients are constantly dissatisfied. “Clinical prep time” is EARNED based on how many clients you bill… and you only receive 15-30 minutes of it a day
