Intense levels of micromanagement here. They love overachievers and self-sufficient workers because they will promise you rasies and promotions, overwork you, and then deny making those promises to you when you come to collect. Even if you're not on the "call center" side of things, you are still expected to hit a call goal. There are no defined protocols or expectations when it comes to what to tell students/parents and it seems like they make up most of it on the fly. I spent the last year of my time here working with my therapist to try and bend my personal code of ethics to make it work for what this place wanted. They have also rebranded to "Learning Network" on a lot of platforms, so keep an eye out for that as they have asked management to leave them glowing reviews on Indeed so that they can get away from the low marks of Astravo, which actually tells the true case of what it's like to work here. They instill harsh business practices that have no place in education and can't find their mission or path. Their tag line is "We're real people who care" - what it is they care about? I'm not sure, because it certainly isn't their staff, students, or families.
