-Solid place to start your career if you can handle upper management -Benefits are okay
Cons
-Promised fully remote, eventually shifted to hybrid. -Any mistake will be heavily scrutinized -Some of the upper management is extremely critical especially Raf -Grossly under payed staff, they prey on desperate people in the current job market - If you have to work with Raf, good luck

Some friendly staff Work on a few high-profile projects Reasonable insurance benefits (could be better, could be worse)
Cons
Salary well below industry standards, even for experienced professionals. Lots of micromanagement. Very little PTO, only 6 paid holidays a year Lack of work-life balance. Shady management practices, especially when it comes to pay transparency and employee growth.
