Pros

Interesting projects CTO and director are knowledgeable, who help with everything.

Cons

Lack of knowledgeable middle management, hence freshers have to learn everything on their own. Very less pay, doesn't give good hike No job security, frequent firings without notice or warning, severely affecting mental health. HR is useless, doesn't do anything for employee welfare. Learning curve is very slow as projects take a very long time to finish. No training is given for new joiners. Difficult to take leaves as less people are there and more dependency. Long working hours. Lots of office politics and favouratism, so no motivation for others to work.
