      Pros

      IT telecom industry, which is proving to be very profitable right now

      Cons

      Management leads by intimidation, is not interested in employee development or advancement. Practices are legally and ethically questionable. Would not recommend employer for anyone looking to enhance their career "the right way."

      We are sorry to hear of your experience. Astron takes it's legal and ethical responsibilities very seriously. For example. We have a zero tolerance policy for any activities not compliant with the law. For the period in review our compliance provider was TRINET (TNET). All employees have an option to report any activities internally or through the external provider, including anonymously. We wish you good luck in the future.

      Good Company to Learn The Consulting World

      Pros

      Very good place to start or enhance your career in. Lots of areas of expertise (IT, business process, strategy, etc.). Lots of networking opportunities with people from all over the world who work for or who will work for very big or up-and-coming companies. Astron does seem to make an active effort to have a diverse team.

      I don't have at the time being.
