      No Direction - CTO should be replaced!

      Pros

      Great place if you don't want to challenge yourself. Also no one seems to care if you fall asleep at your desk. Somehow this company has some pretty amazing clients.

      Cons

      Schizophrenic road map - changes by the minute. Leadership is either passive or just not there. Product is dated over complex and buggy.
