Pros
Working in the staffing industry for 20 years, I find it challenging to write this review. My tenure at the company was only 8 months, the shortest I've ever had. Despite being promised high commissions, I found it difficult due to the competitive client base. The management style and lack of appreciation made me uncomfortable, Leading to some episodes of PTSD with current management.
Cons
Despite the challenges, the company had some perks. The atmosphere, aside from the manager, was enjoyable and energetic. The CEO's willingness to support the team was commendable.
