At Asymmetrique, we view open and transparent communication as essential to our growth and ongoing success, and therefore take due cognizance of all employee feedback. Recently however, we have observed a marked increase in malicious reviews being posted on Glassdoor about Asymmetrique and its Founder via anonymous profiles. Such reviews are acts of malintent by bad actors who are clearly engaging in a personal vendetta against the organization.
For instance, in this case the reviewer hasn't crossed-out the CEO Approval box even though they have chosen to directly attack the Founder and CEO in the Cons section. Similarly, Asymmetrique doesn't even have a Hybrid work policy which the reviewer has mentioned as a positive for the organization. Meantime, the credibility of the reviewer itself is questionable since there is no HR Manager who worked for us for a year and has exited the organization recently!
Continuous improvement is part of our core values, and we welcome constructive feedback with an open door to help us further strengthen our people practices. That being said, we strongly condemn both the reviewer and Glassdoor for posting/allowing content that maligns our organization and personnel on the basis of unsubstantiated claims. We strongly advise users of Glassdoor and other online platforms to conduct their own checks before believing the misinformation being propagated by unverified profiles.
