Pros
Local company, so no Big Box lost in the crowd feel. You get to build your own schedule which works well with kids schedule. Pay is very good, and annual raises. Get to work one to one with a client. Great Benefits, Easy to get time off.
Cons
Cant really think of any. This job works well for me. This is only a caregiver job. No cooperate ladder if that's what you are looking for.
