Pros

added 2% to overall sales of the company's $4.5 Million within just six weeks.

Cons

the politics of the company were really messed up. The environment was very hostile. I was not informed of that ever.

Pros

Lots of hours available if you are willing to work. In some areas the service is very good and it is an easy repair or install.

Cons

the pay sucks unless you work a lot of overtime. The service may not always work and you are expected to keep a customer happy when you cant fix the problem.

Pros

Great home life balance/ laid back atmosphere and most holidays off.

Cons

The internet is not reliable and weather affects it greatly! The speeds are slower to the competition which causes frustration for the customer. The call center takes at lot of calls from frustrated customers everyday.
