- Talented and collaborative product & engineering organization, they are always there to help with demanding clients - Nice office in Prague: good location and facilities, amazing back office team - Flexible work arrangements and good work-life balance, depending on the location and function - Enough processes in place for things to run smoothly without any bureaucracy

Cons

- Culture is deteriorating all across the organisation. What used to be a company of passionate and result-driven people is now a place for performative middle-managers who add zero value before moving onto their next gig - Used to be a global company, now slowly shrinking to a NorthAm market player - Lots of layoffs affecting individual contributors, while new layers of middle management are added - Product offering is squeezing. Cash cow products are being neglected or dropped, while the leadership is betting on less sticky offerings in a tight competitive space

- Support flexible working arrangement - Company perks are getting better - Strong recognition program - Great CEO coming onboarding making lots of refreshing changes - An excellent product

Cons

- Certain middle managers who newly joined have absolutely no idea - It feels like many layers have now been added, it is not as flat as before - It seems that the company prefers to hire externally rather than promote within, for long-term employees, career progression is limited.
