      Healthy work culture, Strong company principles, The management addresses all the concerns, Work from anywhere at own convenience, Fun sessions on Friday to wrap up the week!

      Cons

      Working remotely from different parts of the country does not give much chance to interact with colleagues in person and hangout, so quarterly meet-up sessions can be implemented.
