You’ll be a genius at formatting pdfs Super lovely senior management that made great efforts to extend extras like coffee runs and company provided meals to remote staff Technologically super forward facing.

Cons

Some supervisors have outsized voices and don’t hesitate to push their narratives. My experience was that team mgmt doesn’t bother to actually look into these types of situations. Super strange expectation of client communication, essentially only partners were allowed to communicate to client. Ran into issues w process documenting being woefully incomplete or quite different than verbal instruction
