Pros

Friendly environment Up to date technologies Full remote as standard, you can choose to visit the office at will. Good salary and anual bonus, even as a junior or software engineer with lack of experience in their core technology stack. Good work/life balance

Cons

Could focus more on making sure people become experts in their field, thus improving the quality of their products. Sometimes it can take a long time for management to react to your requests. Could offer more visibility on the company roadmap (improved lately, but there's still room for improvement here)

Avoid! No Pay, No Termination, Just Ghosting

Pros

Fully remote, great engineers and tech, interesting product. While it lasted.

Cons

Management refuses to pay salaries, won't officially terminate contracts, and instead just blocks access to work tools and stops communication. ~40-50 people are affected, not just me. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Avoid at all costs.

- Had a great product made and grown by the people that worked on it in the Research and Development department in Romania - Offered decent enough salaries - Had a no pressure atmosphere and focused on quality until 2024

Cons

- Is going down due to horrible management decisions, massive underperformance by sales team, lack of communication - hidden decisions, no proper channels of communication, no proper organizational strategy - stopping access to company resources, firing 80% of their employees only verbally, without paying salaries for 2 months, without letting them go with proper paperwork, without paying benefits, without paying compensatory wages or communicating in any way on why they are doing this - they have not paid clients, employees, they had to liberate the office of all possessions, basically trying to hide themselves from any responsibility possible
