I have been managing the Project teams, both PHP and the animation teams at the Aten India office at Technopark for a while . The CEO of the company Mr.Thomas Vaidyan provides very interesting and challenging opportunities for the teams to work upon. Thomas's innovative product ideas, leadership and perseverance has brought the company to where it is today They serve international high-tech clients and the company is really a boon for the techies in Trivandrum to work in and get exposure to cutting edge technologies like AI, 3D Animation and Online Training Simulators. We were able to manage the team and projects well in spite of many challenges and dynamics in the team, except in a few cases where we lost clients due to the poor attitude of an Unity game lead developer. The entire team and the management were working like a close knit family and the management team used to empathize and provide the maximum moral support for our personal issues as well, in-spite of the Unity game lead developer trying to negatively influence and poison every new team member coming into the team. The company has an empowered work environment where people are given the freedom to set their schedules and work at their time and take holidays etc as they need as long as their deliverable are on time and per plan . It’s a work environment ahead of the times but ideally suited for people who are self disciplined and do not need spoon feeding I would strongly recommend this company to any person who is serious about a career in advanced technologies.
