The clicks make it hard to grow in the company.

*The management here are bullies if they don’t like you then they get hr to get rid of you. *Human resource is a joke they(she)is not there for the employees benefit just to help the managers get rid of who they don’t like and they just sit and gossip about everyone *Higher ups don’t really care as to what’s going on unless DDA is coming then that’s the most you see of them and some are only around to just gossip with staff and even flirt with staff. *The individuals are just cash cows because they don’t even like to socialize with them *You don’t move up unless you’re family or friends *Transportation workers are always inside the building or outside the building flirting with day staff and holding up loading the vans
