Pros

You do get valuable contact with other construction firms in the area you are working in. Make good connections with industry movers and shakers. Coworkers were great.

Cons

Upper management runs firm like it's the military. Very poisonous environment. Weekly meetings are like games of Russian roulette where someone is singled out and berated in front of the rest of the company, no one is immune. Toxic environment creates a negative work culture.

Toxic environment Principals care not about your family obligations Pay is not industry standard Bonuses are just promises broken Back stabbing infighting throughout the company Soul crushing Beratement of all employees in front of everybody They threaten GlassDoor and have bad reviews including mine and countless others removed. I’ve seen it over and over. They are lawyers and Glassdoor are spineless lambs
