Pros

None whatsoever. Avoid this company.

Cons

This place is a joke. I love seeing all of the negative reviews of this joke of a company. Cydcor pyramid scheme. Just look on the website, they don't even say who their "client" is and most of the people you see in their pictures aren't even working there anymore. Avoid at all costs.

Our client is kept private until our interviewing process as it would be a breach of contract. We hope you find something that is a great fit and good luck with your future.

It's unfortunate you feel this way and even more so that you believe sales is the foundation to our company, to which it absolutely is not. As with any company in any industry, sales is necessary, otherwise the company would not survive. We have never, nor will ever hide the fact sales is a part of the company. Thank you for your feedback and good luck with all that you do.

It's a scam

Pros

During my 6 weeks of time wasted here I really enjoyed my fellow employees they were fun and positive people but that's because they're selling you a dream.

Cons

The job title is bogus! One quick search of cydcorp or dsmax and you will see it's a scam. I applied for a marketing management position and what I became was a door to door salesman. They expect you to train and develop others to be door to door salesman. So it is NOT MARKETING it is not management... It IS A PYRAMID SCHEME. THEY EXPECT YOU TO WORK 60 HOURS OR MORE 6 DAYS A WEEK and parade around their empty office in suits that way it feels somewhat legitimate. I received one paycheck in my six weeks of employment here and I'm pursuing legal action to get what I am owed. I'm writing this review so other people don't get duped into this.

It's unfortunate that things did not work out between yourself and our organization. We do not do anything "door to door" as that would be a breach of our client contract, which is made very apparent to every individual when they sign such contract. Entrepreneurship is not a great fit for everyone, it's only for those who truly want an entrepreneurial lifestyle and willing to work hard enough for it. Our organization makes no effort to avoid or hide that fact and every aspect is laid out very thoroughly and clearly in the interview process. Thank you for your feedback and good luck with all that you do.
