Pros
Athenix is a forward-thinking company, and they really care about the customer's mission needs. They focus on making sure employees are supported and ready for whatever their next step or challenge may be which is something you don't find a lot these days.
Cons
Their total compensation package is very competitive and although the 401K is not as high as some other companies, the leave is generous and spot bonus awards are great!

Job satisfaction is high. Quick turnaround on payments. Right amount of travel compensation
Cons
Slow to provide schedule information on upcoming work. Pay is low with long hours. No overtime.
