      Pros

      Pay as long as they don't keep changing the commission structure. I think they change the commission plan more often than the oil in their trucks.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. Instead of proper training, they kill momentum by firing good potential talent. Service lacks which makes selling difficult. Management does not trust employees. There is favoritism and inside snitches. Watch your back or you will be next to get a pink slip.

      Stable company. Payed every week.

      Cons

      Sure u can progress, so I've heard, u have to kiss the right butt and have connections and if ur like me and don't like to do that then your screwed. Seniority means nothing. No sick pay.

We would like to inform you that we have an Internal Job Posting Policy in place that encourages all of our Athens employees to apply for open opportunities. This posting is sent and/or communicated to all employees weekly. We select those candidates who are well qualified for the position in which they applied. Additionally, our management team does their very best to work on scheduling time off for our employees as we do understand they all have families. Scheduled time off must be accrued and pre-approved.

      Great opportunity needs better management

      Great people, atmosphere, opportunity for learning. Good wages overall

      Cons

      Management needs an attitude adjustment, good managers are terminated or vacate for lack of compensation or assistance from upper management or ownership, No loyalty but understandable. Very petty people (wanting to know your personal business and/or life story), stay away from nosy long serving employees (you know who you are)
