Bad technologies, unresponsive management

Pros

Work-life balance. Good benefits, especially if you have kids. I'm not sure about career opportunities.

Cons

Mostly did activities unrelated to my position. Unresponsive management. Really really old technologies. Big employee turnover didn't help either.
