The turn over rate is absolutely ridiculous and there's NO ROOM TO GROW!!!!. And management will throw you under the bus to save themselves.

The benefits are good. In addition, the customer service department is top notch. Senior Medical Science Consultants are also extremely good, and add value to what we do on a daily basis.

Cons

Very micro managed. What you are told in training and what is reality in the field are 2 different things. The Midwest is horribly mis-managed, with more reports to send in than selling time. There truly is no quality of life/work/life balance
