      Very disappointing, disorganized, lack of communication, poor business model.

      Pros

      Employer provides lunch every day (means of course you never get to work through lunch), lots of great people..

      Cons

      LONG hours, disorganized, not a lot of people who actually have been in apparel, (former electronics company that decided to start manufacturing wearable tech). Pay not great.. Unless you force the issue and make sure you go home when you are supposed to, this place will suck the life out of you. Management always about the bottom line..

      Thanks for the feedback. It’s been awhile since you’ve posted and we’ve made a lot of progress (including hiring some amazing experienced talent in apparel). We definitely work really hard here because we’ve got a lot to do! But want people to have the flexibility to feel good about how they balance and manage their time. Thanks again for the feedback!

      Horrible Management Style, Poor Leadership, Confused Strategy

      Pros

      Free lunches, co-workers (non management level) are generally great, talented people.

      Cons

      Lack of a clear vision on direction leads to frequent 180s and frustration with major wasting time and effort. Senior and mid level management style is really toxic, top down , closed door, do what your told style, especially in Hardware dept. People that speak out (often with very valid, balanced points of view) are usually shut down, and if they persist often are let go. I've heard evidence for significant pay inequality for women vs men also.

      free lunch, free yoga lesson, awesome coworker

      Cons

      They like to layoff worker to avoid giving out stock. The exec are immature and evil. The product is expensive and has a lot of issues.
