      Pros

      Lots of people you will be able to get along with if your between 20-30. Fed on shift. If you hit your targets you can make £2 per hour extra in bonuses.

      Cons

      Management isn’t the best. Lots of different shift patterns as it varies a lot.

      Decent money, very good hours, job not to difficult.

      Cons

      Bully ops if they don't like you as a person, hr without knowledge and to many changes without clear plan or tough behind.
