Pros
Initially, under previous managers it was a thriving legal practice, good culture, happy people, varied work and reasonably well supported.
Cons
Poor culture, ad hoc management, very poor Covid management when relevant. Support virtually nil, all typing, copying etc to be done by lawyers ( except for partners) and constant badgering about not enough billable hours!
