You have your own office and can get discounts on the items they sell (water, juice, all non-alcoholic).

Cons

Pay is well below industry standard, and most of the company practices are pretty outdated. No opportunity to work hybrid. Also, the filing system isn't electronic, it's an old school filing cabinet, so tons of. paper.
