No upward mobility, full time expectations\part time pay and hours(unless you anger someone then they're nonexistent),severe infestation of snitches,no PTO, no benefits\incentives, cultish-hive minded environment, an inordinate amount of adults who never matured past middle or highschool, ridiculous policies, and if you're black you're an immediate target for ANYTHING.

The museum does not foster a career growth environment. There is a severe communication deficit in all departments. Pay is not competitive with other cultural institutions. They are going through an identity crisis and are floundering in decision making. And the lack of adequate HR is damaging the organization as a whole.
