      This company has a clear vision and exciting goal that engages all of us who work here. From the ownership to the senior leadership, this is a company that cares about their people and their clients, we do really good work, and we are seeing encouraging results

      Cons

      This is an environment where everyone is challenged to continually learn and grow,. While I love that, it would not qualify as a cushy job for most people.

      New ownership has provided a positive change in culture. Great work-life balance. Open door policy where you can take any concerns all the way to the top. Management included in major company wide decisions that make you feel like you are a part of driving the organization forward.

      Cons

      Company growing at a rapid pace so sometimes changes are implemented without the process being vetted.
