A new and growing company which is Irish owned. Training opportunities for career progression at AAG's Independent Training Institute.

Cons

Antiquated salary scale which requires review and adjustment to align with similar industry roles. No healthcare benefits, defined contribution pension scheme. Company focus is billable man hours and hangar throughput. Maintenance is often very start/stop on project aircraft and hangar space is often tight, as AAG are utilizing a 2 bay hangar for 3 bay operations.
