      Poorly Managed Sterling Branch

      Pros

      Atlantic is a fantastic company with excellent pay and benefits, and quality leadership in their Richmond office. Unfortunately, the Sterling branch is poorly managed.

      Cons

      The Sterling/NOVA branch is poorly managed. Leadership works less than any leader of any company I’ve ever been with. Last guy in and first to leave. Terrible communication skills. Turnover is off the charts.

      Horrible company

      Pros

      Sign on bonus however it's taxed pretty bad

      Cons

      Negative energy, HR doesn't reply, slave control, supervisors set up failure, broken promises, no opportunities, basically would highly recommend McDonald's over this place. Not one good thing came from here other then quitting.

      Good Company with a positive growth mindset

      Pros

      Company is growing very quickly, but still small enough to where even the C-suite walk the halls and know most office personnel by name.

      Cons

      As part of the growth mindset, the company sometimes takes on less than favorable jobs which leaves the project team holding the bag to handle the issues.
