      Not longer AEL, now atlas

      Pros

      Benefits package is better than how it used to be with AEL, except you’ll only get 5% raise for your certification

      Cons

      They want to give inspector only 20 miles maximum each way for your traveling expenses meaning it doesn’t matter if you travel 70 miles to a job site, they’ll only pay you for 20 miles.
