Upper management is controlling, spiteful and two faced Upper management will call employees names in closed door meetings, humiliate employees asking for help, and look on employees social media and cross reference days they called in to work to “verify if they’re really sick or not” and use this as grounds to find a reason to document a disciplinary write up, hoping to build a case for termination out of spite.

It is extremely busy and sometimes you are running over an hour behind schedule, which angers patients. This adds stress to the job.
