Pros
Small hospital, in a great community. You get to know mostly all of the employees.
Cons
Management seems to focus on what their employers are doing wrong and giving little gratitude for what is being done right. The pay is low for Medical Office Assistants that can multitask. Example is someone who can successfully take care of the receptionist duties and clinical duties, someone who can fill in either position if another employee is absent.
