      Pros

      They reward and appreciate hard work. Bosses are always looking out for those who go the extra mile and if you care about your job they'll care about you. They foster personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Since it's a small company a lot of things are still being figured out as you go - you sometimes need to forge your own path to get things done.

      Pros

      Benefits, if you’re full time. Learning the product is fun, you work independently to pick and pack orders. Buys groceries for staff to eat while they’re there when the money isn’t tight.

      Cons

      Revolving door of a work place. Can’t keep staff full time staff. Toxic environment. Too much pressure to leave early and use sick/pto for it instead of what you want/need. Not enough pay. Any long standing workers are treated poorly unless favored. No room for growth. No room for overtime.
