Work with spouse/best friend. Colleagues from sister stores in my district were great as well. District Manager from my district was one of the best the company had.

Cons

Not valued at all by owners, most of corporate staff, and some of the operations team. Revenue from self storage here was in the millions however company pays employees less than people working at fast food restaurants. Taco Bell down the street makes $15-$18 an hour which is significantly more than what most employees here at Atlantic Self Storage make. The favoritism and nepotism here is the worst. If you aren't related to someone or best friends with someone one up on the ladder you are not worth anything to them. The Leadership and Training guy is probably one of the worst always watching and listening on the cameras remotely at what you are doing inside the stores to see if he can catch you doing something wrong which is funny because his wife is the worst at the store she runs. He sends out emails regarding directives, often using really large font and bold and then threatens termination. Your scheduled 8+ hour days without breaks or lunches because you are working by yourself. God forbid you are on property and get hurt, you are out of luck. There is no one there to help you.

None, all the good reviews are made up, look at all the similarities of them.

Cons

You are nothing to them, company turnover is incredible and they do not care, please stay away, read the bad reviews and believe and it is everybody all the way up to owners. Some of the DM,s are useless and you can never get ahold of them,in short just stay away.
