      Worst Management, Not recommended to Anyone.

      Pros

      *We have to negotiate for Right pay as per market standards. I don't think whether we have any other pros

      Cons

      *Lack of Communication (Once you started working on the Client side, that's all don't expect any kind of Information from your parent company) *The management will least bother about your concern except your resignation *Yearly appraisal are based on their profit and will vary upon each other. Definitely not based on performance *No other benefits other than salary *Purely Business Oriented Company

      Good for salary, gives very good on site opportunities.

      Cons

      Management doesn't look into your issues. They don't provide any bonus amount. What ever salary you want , get it at the beginning only.
