Encouragement from Supervisors, Opportunities to grow, Ability to learn from people with an incredibly vast knowledge of aviation, Very safe environment for new graduates to be introduced to the field, Being surrounded by a group of people that truly want safe aircraft flying . The Vice President of Service and Chief of Inspector along side their amazing team of Inspectors and Maintenance Technicians maintain a very high standard of maintance on their fleet of aircraft.
Cons
Work life balance can become distorted once at higher levels within the company due to workload.
