No leadership, contradictory messaging, lying backstabbing, negative atmosphere, anti-teamwork, anti-family culture. Wants people to take ownership and leadership but stands in the way of any change or improvements. Plays the blame game rather than working together to fix the problems. plays favorites. Mean girls sorority culture

Pros

Salary is above or meets the market value. Coworkers are nice and pleasant. Convenient midtown location.

Cons

Just like the other reviews posted, company could use a more trained HR who is fair, just, and does not gossip what you share to others. There's definitely favoritism here and they're all Caucasians. Although they have hired recently more employees of color, there is only one minority in the senior level.

Toxic Environment Blatant favoritism for a small group of people at the top No real Human Resource department HR shares confidential information with others Employees bullied into being silent about issues therefore HIGH turnover Partners are completely hands-off and do not know what is going on in accounting and not interested in the HIGH turnover Micro-management No room for growth Poor leadership / poor communication
