      -Company Van -Choose you own hours (within reason) -Be your own boss (Kind of) -Company functions -Health insurance,401 K , dental vision

      Cons

      -Dated technology -No voice on concerns or issues - Flate rate pay -No incentives for the hard work dedication or customer focus. -GPS babysitter -Delay on parts ( this is an internal issue not a supply chain issue)
