The team was full of energy and were very welcoming.
All candidates were able to make their interviews remotely via video calls, they also had a great self-empowerment culture.
One of the perks of working in a smaller team is receiving tasks and managing projects that directly impact the organization's mission and goals. My voice always felt valued and I felt that I was engaged in significant work within the organization's larger mission. In addition, there are great networking opportunities due to Atlas Corps' brand name and fellowship network, and the staff culture is fairly supportive.
Cons
Workload can be quite high w/o necessarily being compensated with higher pay. In addition, some of the work is quite cyclical so tasks often repeat themselves as fellowship recruitment cycles repeat.
