Pros

Health benefits Remote working Hearing coworkers complain about the same issues I am having. Great stepping stone to move on to a better company that operates the good old fashion way. Working 100% remote

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Poor communication amongst senior managers, project managers and engineers. Projects have never ending cycles. Project Managers do not help where they should. Sales team pitches things to clients causing engineers to customize everything without giving them the power to say no. Everyone complains daily about the workload and nothing gets done about it. No upward mobility. No work life balance. Management operates via vague email, Skype and phone. You only hear from senior management/VP/directors when something is wrong.

So Much Potential, Spread So Thin

Pros

The company has good people, and good customers with brand recognition in the niche market. The CEO is accessible to all employees and listens. The company provides a flexible work environment. The benefits are reasonable. There is so much potential between the talent and the customers.

Cons

There are way too many shortcuts taken to get to market fast. The product line is inconsistently designed, creating multiple learning curves for technical staff. Attempts at innovation have had limited success.
