Pros
Lots of opportunities to grow your career within recruitment. Well established company in the local area with lots of strong working relationships to build on. Regular performance and pay reviews, offering fair and generous pay increases. Very good commission structure. Really nice group of people to work with and regular/ weekly outings.
Cons
High turnover of staff, this could be due to a number of things but seems to be a normal thing in recruitment. Fully office based, no opportunity to work from home unless under special circumstances. Long working hours if you want to really succeed in the role.
