poor management of internal employees

most of the tenured people are friendly remote work very good business amazing legal and payrol teams paperless systems but not all integrated

Cons

unrealistic expectations, very very long working hours, lack of manpower and no action, internal HR now is slow and has no visibility, management doesnt help, about 50hrs minimum weekly without overtime, no care for their own, recognition is not given to real performers but instead to those who share ramdom comments in meetings. no recognition of your work and contributions from management, only from your top performing appreciative wonderful HR data analyst. bonus targets not realistic. low pay
