Horrible environment

Pros

There aren't any. Horrible place to work

Cons

Terrible management. I worked at this surgery center for almost twenty years. I stayed less than a year after Atlas took over. They care about themselves and the money. There is no help no supplies and the patient care is dangerous. If you want to keep your nursing license or tech certification go somewhere else

Completely unprofessional

Pros

The only pro is that hopefully by reading this, you won’t make the mistake of working for these horrendous humans.

Cons

Administration is so unqualified and unprofessional. Every Center is incredibly top heavy, with CEOs and DONs who are clueless, hateful and bullies. BANNER IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR SURGERY CENTERS!!! Employees are harassed and Bullied. The culture is toxic and hostile. Management refuses to help their staff, instead they force people into overtime, doing tasks they have never had to do. Atlas promised that all banner employees would keep their positions and so far they have cleaned out all the surgery center staff. Some by firing, some by harassing to the point of mental breakdowns, forcing them to quit.

Pros

Literally no pros. They're all cons, ironic...

Cons

They will use you and replace you with people who don't even know the job, but were promised jobs due to investing. This company doesn't care about its employees or its patients. The leadership at the corporate office is full of a bunch of Wolf of Wall Street wanna be college bros that need to learn to wear pants that actually fit.
