Pros

Competitive pay- until you take into account the horrible relocation reimbursement and huge lack of benefits, as well as the fact you aren't guaranteed 40 hours a week and how many times you have to break lease contracts because they don't fulfill their end of the 13 week contracts.

Cons

Shady company! Basically has figured out a loophole to run indentured servitude. You will be put in unsafe cockroach infested apartments with 0 amenities. They will not give you 40hours a week and can move you whenever they feel like it. You are stuck trying to make the hours they require to end your contract without guaranteed work. They also do not allow any time off although they advertise that you can do it between contracts. You will have no holiday pay and will never be put in the specialty/field you want or city you want. You will not know where your next assignment is until a week before. They are extremely unorganized and uncaring about employees. The CEO will be demeaning in conversation and inappropriate, unless you like to be told you need to find Jesus. We have been with this company for a year and he high hopes. Biggest mistake ever made. Great lessons learned for future employment, will be having a lawyer look through every contract from here on out and never trust any corporation again. We should have stayed with our previous company but thought the chance to try out a new state would be great and the year contract seemed stable. Still haven't made it to the state we had hoped for and have been moved 5 times in a year. It's 30k for us to end the contract that they are making us extend another 13 weeks to meet the hours they haven't provided. Instead of just finishing up those hours we have to do 13 weeks more. Who knows how many times they will move us before that ends which costs us a huge chunk of money each move. BEWARE! Go with another travel company if you are considering travel. It is a great experience just not with them!

Pros

Salaries are good. Corporate staff is paid well in order to get them and keep them interested in a position. By industry standards the pay is higher than average. However , the reason for this is to retain the employee, because employee can not find equal pay with other companies, thus employee stays regardless of work condidtions.

Cons

Work condidtions are horendous. Staff recruiting calls as well as personal phone calls are monitored and often interupted by owners. All this is done without the knowlege of the employee making phone call. Employees are often chastised by owners during " management meetings". The president of the company is prone to sudden out burst from anything to employee attutides to religious beliefs.
