      Was great until it lost family environment

      Market leader. Great craftsman. Great technology Rich Gimme was an awesome leader

      Cons

      Management is young and aloof. They Spend lots of time “training” over seas and have a hard time understanding the employee prospective. Not a great place to be a salesman, no respect for the craft. Richie Gimmel is struggling to find his way.
