Pros

Interview process is not difficult (no case interviews). Easy commute. Some projects offer flexible telework schedules. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. Good way to spend a year or so before pivoting to a well-known consulting firm. Would recommend this firm if you are having difficulty breaking into consulting/not having success in any of your other interviews.

Cons

Poorly trained managers. I've witnessed senior managers yelling at their staff. Completely inappropriate in any environment, but especially a professional one. Low staff morale and high turnover (industry standard is 20-25% annually. In just 6 months, Atlas experienced 25% turnover. Yikes!).

Rapidly declining. Sad shell of what used to be.

Pros

Opportunities to work remotely based on contract and manager

Cons

Salary far below market Irregular pay schedule (not biweekly and not even close) No transparency about projects. They will put you on any contract that needs a body without consulting the employee or even letting people know what projects are available Low morale Extremely high turnover (all leaving for higher salaries and more interesting work) Low quality projects Below average benefits like no 401k match Rampant favoritism No company culture, committees have given up on planning events and morale is low due to high turnover No clear career path - abandoned evaluation and promotion system after one cycle
