Pros

Learn new things. Paid some of the bills.

Cons

Doesn't promote new ideas from contractors. Contractors are treated like small children. Work set up is like small sweat shop. Leads given titles without money to go with it. Too much unprofessional behavior. No room for promotion. No raises for people who were not friends with management. Management blames contractors for their own mistakes and sometimes the contractors get fired. Unfair treatment for contractors. Please don't work here.

Pros

Co-Workers, one of the best teams I had a pleasure of working on.

Cons

1. Management - terrible, zero leadership in the building even though that's the first word they will use to describe themselves, probably decent managers/leaders 5+ years ago but they've made it to the top and haven't stayed up to date with current processes/resources, very complacent which doesn't help the team grow/succeed. 2. Compensation - peanuts, well below industry rates. 3. Benefits - not good, very pricey for ehh coverage. 4. Flexibility - eh, depends on the day and the mood of your manager/management. 5.. ZERO TRUST/RESPECT from the time you get hired until they get rid of you (in what will most likely be an unprofessional fashion). 6. Job Perks? Sadly, the best was Bagel Friday.. 7. Overall, thankful for the experience but definitely just a stepping stone into the recruiting industry.. would not recommend joining the chaos to any of my friends/family.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am glad to hear that your experience with your co-workers was a very positive one. We are proud of the team of employees that we have built at Atlas and the continuous teamwork that they display. I am also happy to hear that your experience at Atlas afforded a career opportunity in recruiting and wish you much luck as you continue on that career path. We are proud of our track record in cultivating career development across the Atlas team. I am sorry to hear that you felt your overall experience with management was a negative one. As the direction of our company has changed over the course of the last eighteen months, we felt it necessary to realign our management structure. This included creating a role for a Chief Operating Officer whose job it is to establish a structure that positions the company for growth. We realize that some of the changes that were implemented were a strong shift from the customary way in which our teams were managed in the past. However, we feel these changes were necessary and communicated properly. Unfortunately, this different mindset is not for everyone, and we respect the decision by those that chose to continue their careers at a different company. We also appreciate the employees that have made the decision to remain with the company through these changes which include several employees with 10 plus years tenure. We are dedicated to the continued growth of our current employees and consultants and will implement policies that encourage this growth. We feel this development serves the dual benefit of both our company and our employees.
